KDE Connect provides a set of features to integrate your workflow across devices:

- Shared clipboard: copy and paste between your devices.
- Share files and URLs to your computer from any app.
- Virtual touchpad and keyboard: Use your phone screen as your computer's touchpad or keyboard
- Remote presentation remote: control a laser pointer on the screen of your computer by moving your phone around.
- Remote commands: run commands on your computer from your phone.
- End-to-end TLS encryption: your information is safe.

Please note you will need to install KDE Connect on your other computers/phones/tablets and keep the version up-to-date for the latest features to work.

This app is part of an open source project and it exists thanks to all the people who contributed to it. Please visit the KDE Connect website to grab the source code.

Doesn't run in background

There should be option so that it can run in background in iphone even if app is closed , also there should be an option where it automatically copies the clipboard from pc. Rest everything is ok till now

Need device discoverability enhancement.

If you’re using same SSID for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz network and your devices dynamically switch between the two based on the distance from router, it does not work properly. If one device is on 2.4GHz band and the other is on 5GHz band, the devices cannot find each other in the app despite being on the same network. Please fix it.

Finally a decent option to connect windows and apple devices. There are some bugs: multiple files are not being sent from iPhone XR to Win10 device. Only 3 photos at a time and 1 video at a time are working. I’m sure the developers will iron out issues soon. I’m just so thankful that this got released on iOS!
