For App - many a times it doesn’t work sometimes an item cannot be added or an offer cannot be applied and calling toll free or restaurant doesn’t help as well as they say you have to do it through app. If something is out of stock then don’t show it in app and if I am not able to add anything from app I should be able to order by calling the toll free or restaurant Food - Many a times food quality is not ok, and we have to depend on giving feedback calls, that should not be the case actually, I see different quality in KFC Noida and Greater Noida which should not be the case as thats the point of having a brand that quality would not be location specific Customer Care - this has happened to me quite a few times, telling these to customer care is like repeating everything to a wall, no action taken by anyone yet, they simply say we cannot do anything for app not working, not able to order, I am a regular customer living at same place but many a times when i call customer care and ask them to place the order which btw they say they cannot, they take my location and just say you place is out of the area that we deliver, and I am like you guys use to deliver from past 5 years what happened now Hope someone from Kfc is looking in comments and get these things sorted as it frustrates customers alot
