Khelomore has always been my Go To App for all my sports bookings for many years. Unlike other similar Apps, the booking process is way smoother and fasterThe Interface is also much better and customer friendly. I had to reschedule my sessions a couple of times, and khelomore was extremely cooperative 👍🏻.

My experience with them unfortunately wasn’t great.I made a booking that had to be cancelled due to an error. The booking was cancelled and I was issued credits. However, when I later tried to use those credits, there was confusion regarding their validity. Initially, I was informed by their SPOC that these were KheloMore credits, but after speaking with three different people over the course of three days, I was finally told that they were actually venue credits.Because of this delay and misinformation, I requested an extension to use the credits, as I had effectively lost 3–4 days of the validity period. Unfortunately, this was not granted.I eventually used the credits for a booking today, but when I sought clarification on the cancellation policy due to weather conditions, I was informed that no refund would be provided unless there were visible puddles at the start time of the booking. Factors such as a recently wet surface or potential safety concerns do not appear to be considered. This effectively means that I would need to travel to the venue and hope the court is dry enough to be safely playable.To their credit, everyone I interacted with was respectful, responsive, and courteous throughout the process. However, despite multiple conversations, no practical solution was offered at any stage. While this may simply be their policy, the overall experience was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported as a customer.

The concept and everything is great, love that this app exists - BUT please please work on the whole user interface of the app and on the codes that run it. The filters and sort system is tedious because I try to look at different locations and each time I change the location, I have to put all the filters and sorting AGAIN! I need to compare rates and places and the process for doing that NEEDS to be easier.In the filters also the sliding system for rates and timing is terrible to use - I’d much rather be able to just type it in. PLEASE IMPROVE THE USABILITY!And your system of customer service is pretty bad and anxiety inducing, please change it and make it better🤦🏻‍♀️

My first experience with the Khelomore app was extremely disappointing. I had booked a badminton court for 2 hours on January 12, 2025. However, when I arrived with my friends, the venue manager had no record of my booking and stated that they were not associated with the Khelomore app. There was no way to contact Khelomore customer service, which makes me question whether it even exists. I was left with no choice but to pay directly at the venue for an offline booking. Given these issues, I’m concerned about the legitimacy of the app. To make matters worse, I still haven’t been able to reach anyone to request a refund or file a complaint. I wonder how such an app was approved on the Apple App Store. I strongly advise others to avoid this app.
