Great Product
One of the few truly great inventions of the era. Pay creators to build stuff you like.
No support in case the startup cheats the customer
The startup I supported was Filippo Loreti. And they have cheated the customers greatly by simply delivering sub-standard products.
When I complained against them, they have blocked me from all communication and kickstarter has also raised their hands and have not helped in any manner.
Finally, you really tend waste time and money by supporting these startups as most of them deliver the product very very late and by that time they are already giving huge discounts for the same product you paid for during the campaign, so you end up either getting it at the same or cheaper price.
Great platform
Its a great platform for the new startup’s to make known their product to the world. The issue is when some startup’s don’t deliver the product, then People like us who support them have nowhere to go to. We have lost our money and this is where, Kickstarter looses its credibility. This is a very serious issue as i am a young backer who have hardly backed 5 projects and out of those 2 have not delivered.
Kindly find a solution.
