KineMaster- Video Editor 4+

Slow and buffering issue in recent updates also delet button location is changed my thump was very used to with that place of delet button but now its changed currently, I am using premium version in iPhone 14 Pro Max, 1TV. I have 500 GB empty in my internal storage than to kineMaster is little bit laggy , feeling latency while using what should I do?

Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience and take this issue seriously! The new UI is changed for more functionality as we keep adding new features in the latest version. It may take some time to get used to it. Eventually, it will be more convenient after some time. Regarding any lagging issue, please reset the app (KineMaster app >> Create >> Settings >> Reset app). If helpful we would appreciate it if you could add stars to your review. If the issue remains, please send us a screenshot showing the space available on your device's storage, a screenshot or screen recording showing the issue and an exported .kine file of an affected project: tap 'Create' screen >> Select the affected project by tapping (…) >> Export as .kine file. You can attach these to your message to our tech support team through the KineMaster app or if too large, you can upload them to Google Drive and send us a shareable link with access (right click on the file >> Share >> change from 'Restricted' to 'Anyone with link can access'). I’ve been using KineMaster on my iPad for video editing, and while it’s a powerful and user-friendly app, I feel there’s a major missing feature: a music search option.

Currently, finding previously added music is inconvenient, as there’s no way to search for audio files within the app. Users have to manually scroll through the timeline or browse folders, which can be frustrating, especially when working with multiple tracks.

Adding a music search bar would greatly improve the user experience, making it easier to find and manage audio. I hope the developers consider this improvement in future updates!

Apart from this, KineMaster is still a great app for mobile video editing, but this small addition would make it even better.

I’ve been using KineMaster for a while for all my Gacha videos, and it’s been that best app, and one of my favourite transitions to use was ‘Crossfade’, but today, when I used KineMaster to make another video, the transition disappeared! Idk what is going on, but to me, the crossfade transition is absolutely necessary. Please, tell me what’s going on, and try to fix it if it’s a bug or smth.

Please first update to the latest version 7.4.9 from the App Store https://apps.apple.com/us/app/kinemaster-video-editor/id1609369954 Next please restart your device then reset the app (KineMaster app >> Create >> Settings >> Reset app). Also, please make sure there is enough free space on your device's internal storage. Next please check again by tapping the Transition icon between two clips on the Primary layer >> tap Classic Transitions >> see if Crossfade is visible. If still an issue please let us know if this is only an issue with the Crossfade transition or with all transitions. If all transitions please check if the duration is too short to apply the transition. If still an issue please send us a screen recording or screenshot showing that Cross Fade does not appear as described us via the KineMaster app >> Create >> ? >> Email Support and we can happily assist you further.
