Game crash issue in iOS device

You need to improve game crash issue and network connectivity error ... After every 5,10 min game is crashing and sometimes game not opening stating connection issue .? Every time we have to uninstall game and game is opening after downloading new.. support always responding internet issue and general reply which is not exact issue. You need to work on your programming instead of making excuses via support. We are writing not for general reply from your side. Overall game is very enjoyable and too good. Love to play this game every day .

This is the first ever game I feel like competing in other games is like having to recharge most of the time to even reach a good ranking

Game crash on ios and not same as shown in ads

When i first saw the ad i was intrigued to check out the game and even the photos on the page were same as in the ad but when i started to play it was entirely a different thing. Although the game is good, the game’s ads are misleading. Also, every 15-20 mins the game keeps crashing and I’ve to keep reopening the game to play even after regular updates. Kindly fix the bugs. Overall the game is better than most where you keep paying for getting bare minimum of benefits.
