Ratings and Reviews
Stable and minimalistic app
Very stable and it’s the biggest plus point of this app. I handle multiple accounts of my family members in Zerodha. I request you to come up with some feature to easily switch between the demat accounts in the mobile app. Now it’s becoming very complicated. For switching between one Demat
Account to another, I have to go through all the verification process again and again, which becomes very complicated . And so I am forced to use other brokers m so that I can handle all the accounts in parallel.

Hi Siddu, we are continuously working on adding more features to our app to make your experience better. Thanks for your feedback. Currently, if you are using multiple accounts, you can log in to one account from the Kite app and others from the web browser.
Bewildering Incompetence: Zerodha's Technical Support Nightmare
My encounter with Zerodha's technical support was nothing short of a nightmare. It's baffling how they manage to hire staff with such abysmal levels of training and comprehension. They couldn't even grasp the basics of their own systems! To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to inform me that I didn't have a demat account but instead held a commodity account. Following their clueless advice led to the inevitable: the closure of my demat account, as confirmed by a notification. Their incompetence knows no bounds, and their so-called technical support is an absolute joke. And here's the kicker: I didn't even have a commodity account to begin with! All I had was a demat account, something even a child could understand. It's beyond comprehension how a company can operate with such incompetence and disregard for their customers' needs. Save yourself the headache and avoid Zerodha like the plague.
UI changes in positions page
On Holdings page, invested value is displayed
Similarly display invested value as well on position page for options (buy option premium value x lot, sell options (margin value used) and futures (margin value)
For the option traders it will be easier to track the return against the invested value and can cut the position if they realize the capital loss they can have if they don’t cut the position
