Amazing customer service

I booked a while ago (pre-pandemic) for 5 family members including myself for a big trip that had 6 different country/city stops. It was an expensive trip. Tragedy struck my family and my dad passed away unexpectedly. I reached out to their customer care to cancel our tickets and they said they’ll try their best as each airline has a different set of rules and asked that I provide all required details (death certificate and proof of relations within each passenger). They also said they’ll take a handling fee of 30 euros for this and the entire process would probably take up to 2 months, which was still okay, because my trip was booked 5 months in advance. The persons I spoke to on twitter and on Facebook were so kind and showed great empathy to me. After around 46 days, they got back to me and said my cancellation was approved. They refunded my entire amount and even waived off the 30 euro handling fee and wished me well. I was not only grateful but extremely touched. I honestly cannot wait for things to get better so that I can actually use their service.

I am a frequent flyer and There has been time that booking was made and later on was sent a sorry message . That’s what is bed in your app.

Fraud!!

Please dont book from this site!!! I had my flight from malta to Forli, italy today. In kiwi app it showed booking confirmation but when we went to the counter at the Malta airport to check-in, they didn’t let me board the flight because they couldn’t find my name with the airlines. On contacting the airlines they told us that the money didn’t reach them and its still with kiwi so i need to purchase new tickets. I purchased new tickets for the next day to catania as there were no flights for forli next day which ruined my vacation plans as i was on a budgeted trip!! I checked in with one of kiwi’s agent, she told me to fill a refund form in the app which i did but only got 75€ as refund instead of getting a full refund of 188€ + 129€ (the new tickets i purchased on spot). This is a fraud website as I showed them my bank invoice plus the new tickets i purchased on spot but I wasn’t eligible for the whole refund even when this whole thing was there fault!!
