  • Genuinely Rewarding Application

    I have number of applications falling into trap of misleading advertisement in the name of cashback. I believe Kiwi is the only application I found true to its commitment and provides rewards way better than any other applications in the market. And I must say it does so not at the cost of quality of service in terms of transactions we perform in this App. I can assure you my appreciation based on the efforts I am taking to write review as this is the first ever review I am writing for any application since the time I am using mobile. So it’s really worth it. This app deserves more appreciation than it is receiving now.

  • Worst app and Worst customer service

    This app is the worst app in terms of usage and customer service. I wasn’t able to add the Card Issued via the app and wasn’t be able to use it. The Card shows in the home screen but wont be available in payments or in accounts. Although the Card is available on the Home screen, i wasn’t able to see the details as it asks for MPIN which i never received and never got an option to set up. As i couldn’t setup the MPIN or UPIPIN, i could not use the Card. The Customer Service is pathetic, you cannot reach them on call and the service taken days just to acknowledge the ticket, there is no way to reach out to the customer service team via call.I was able to add the new Yes Bank Card on other UPI apps but not able to add the Card in KIWI app, even though i was able to add the card in other app i was not able to use it as it asks for last 6 digits of Card which i do not have and i never received.Its very frustrating to go through all this and getting no solution whats soeverThe Kiwi Chat available on the app is just useless and does not provide any info or guidelines at all.I would say avoid this card, it will save you all the mental agony and state of frustration i am going throughHow could a app doesn’t have a customer support team that answers customers questions and resolves issues, such a waste of time and energy

    Read about this card from a blog and applied for it as I wanted to a Rupay based card for UPI. I installed the app and everything from there on went southwards. Application process got stuck mid way to an extent that even their support executives were clueless about the issue or trace it. Reinstalling the app also futile and felt like we have now hit a wall. Out of no where weeks later someone called me from Axis Bank for KYC, the same evening it was done. There was silence again for days and then boom card got declined for no reason. I have 5 top end credit cards from different banks with no delinquency even for a single due. each of them are enhancing my limit without requesting every now and then but then this happened… I applied for Rupay card with another bank where I do not have a relationship and the card was issued in few hours so, its safe to assume there are some issues which team needs to address to be reliable and establish its mettle…

  • Fake campaign for fuel cashback

    I have just encounter with fake campaign of kiwi repay credit card I have received offer on my WhatsApp on 10th Jul 2025 that now you can earn reward cash back up to 2% on fuel and education so I have make transaction from app from that campaign post and when I have completed the payment it shows you are not eligible for reward and hence I have raise concern with KiWI support but they response like AI that fuel is excluded category and when I provide screenshot it says your transaction not falls under. Fuel category and you made payment at service station and there are some some criteria and which are not met then why you guys make this app this wrong way while we are not able to get reward then mentioned before and do not share excuses after making payments. So I request all of Kiwi app users please do not trap in this type of fake offer without proper explanation and criteria mentioned on app.

  • Fraudulent and No customer service

    I am a customer for kiwi since 1 year and had brought a UPI credit card applying through Kiwi app, axis bank had issued the credit card and I had no access to axis bank application or credit card site, I was doing all transactions and paying bills using kiwi app and was completely relying on kiwi app for all my statements. Kiwi missed to provide me credit card statement for a month, due to which I couldn’t pay credit card bill and very next month axis bank officials are calling me to recover the money coming near my home with extra charges added. I have been contact kiwis support team escalating the matter to the all higher levels but no responses so far and no contact information available from kiwis website. The most fraudulent application for finance I have seen in India with zero customer support. Please refrain using such apps and loose your money on unwanted fines and charges
