I highly recommend Klook for travelers who wants to enjoy travelling at a discounted rate…I have compared it with so many other agencies but klook offers the best price …very professional, they offer what they promise …my only little advice is that you all keep us updated about the pick up and drop through wats app coz when ever as we go about 15-20 mins early said by you all..we go we find nobody there so we start getting worried about our booking and then suddenly your people will arrive on time …which is good but still little bit of transparency will be more than welcome like by providing us drivers number …rest you don’t have to worry about anything else ..klook gives you the best service that they mention in the booking page…all the very best

Klook is super. Excellent app. Very good service - exactly as promised. Clear instructions. I booked a sim and it was ready when I reached their counter. Within 30 seconds I was done with the sim in my phone.

Had booked safari world tickets but there were some mistakes. These guys are awesome. They helped me with cancellation and partial refund at the last moment. When I reached the counter, possibly the updated booking had not reached safari world counter. It it was not an issue, the lady at counter could speak to them and sort it out.

Once again, great experience and very much recommended. Of course their prices have a discount and I think they offer the best prices.

Klook or Crook? Beware of this App's Dubious Practices

It's with immense regret and downright disgust that I pen this review for the Klook app. My woeful tale began when I purchased a Haneda Airport limousine transfer only to realize that post 9:30 PM, the service turns into a phantom, vanishing into thin air. Clearing immigration at 10:30 PM, I was left high and dry, a holder of a worthless voucher.

Insult added to injury when Klook’s customer service chose to play the role of a silent mime, deaf to my repeated pleas for a refund. Yes, I had the audacity to ask for my money back for a service I couldn’t use despite their cleverly named "no-show insurance". I provided all necessary evidence, even the link to the schedule page, yet my appeals were met with stone-cold silence.

In this fiasco, Klook revealed itself to be more of a Crook, holding my money hostage and robbing me of not just my peace of mind but also the additional cost of a last-minute taxi. It's clear they have a proclivity for customer vexation rather than satisfaction.

Think thrice before letting Klook entice, for when trouble comes knocking, they’ll leave you blocking. If customer care were a boat, Klook would be the leak that lets you sink.

The blatant disregard for a customer's rights, paired with the audacious silence, earns Klook the dubious honor of a single star. A word to the wise – exercise caution, for your satisfaction might not be part of Klook’s, or should I say Crook’s, equation.
