Great app great food ... but
Everything is brilliant, best just once or twice I found the patty in the burger to be on the ‘hard’ side suggesting that it was old and cold. The cafe mocha was frozen, it should be cold not frozen. Great experience otherwise.
Not letting me sign in
Was previously very happy with the app and services.I had done a factory reset recently so had to download this app again but ever since then..it’s not letting me sign in..I don’t know what seems to be the problem...tried deleting and redownloading multiple times already..takes my phone number and after entering the sent otp and clicking on verify..nothing seems to happen
Careless in packing
This is my first order and it made a big impression. Along with few solid foods, I ordered Oreo shake. And they delivered me in an open cup placed in a plastic cover. The drink got poured into the cover and spilled all over the floor. Sadly delivery person never realised this. Eventually I picked the order and placed on my bed for a moment and picked it to kitchen. My mattress is spoiled and all the drips on the floor which I had to sit and clean up instead of enjoying a good meal.
