Items goes out of stock days after checkout
No doubt koovs have good collection and makes me come back on there app. But after spending daily hours online mentally and emotionally and figuring out which cloth will look good then adding it to wish list from there then to bag then checkout. In all this process app doesn’t shows the item out of stock. Days after checking out and waiting for the item all of sudden the item goes out of stock. This is happening to me from my first order and happened for 6-7 orders. They must show it out of stock before checkout at least.

Its better you shutdown your site
This site used to be up to mark around until last year. Lately they started cancelling items we ordered by their own wish and without even informing us. And when you get in touch with their customer care team (which is very rare, the phone lines are always busy) they give lame excuses like they are shifting their warehouse. They gave me this excuse in july and after 2 months of wait they cancelled my order. The sane was repeated on 4 different orders since then and in november still they are shifting their warehouse lol. And then they have offer glitches and again cancel orders in that basis. Then their items go out of stock after several days of placing the order and they cancel the order. Then they ship with missing items (just jacket out of a co-ord in my case) and after few days they call back n inform that the pants are missing from the warehouse lol. And the return policies omg. They take over a month to refund the amount and that too after several follow ups and reminders.

Koovs is my no. 1 app for online shopping and I make most of my purchases here but recently the app has lots of bugs. One of the main bug is regarding my wishlist. I remember having plenty of items there but recently it only shows empty. Since I shop most of the items out of my wishlist, its causing hindrance in my checkout. Another thing, when I check the items during sale, the sale price doesn’t show and I can’t apply coupons before checking out. I tried closing and re-opening the app but it’s still the same. Please fix these problems ASAP. Other than that, love to shop here and will continue to do so.
