Accidentally but can be turns into a scam

So guyz First of all love your application dude your team crack the system that’s the smoothness of app and type of app interface like cred ,Fi swiggy etc very smooth and attractive the font and theme all are top notch but a big bug kind a service by your app which is Face id for pay in which 2000 rupees can be pay without upi pin by face id authentication which is great and i know for security you put 2000 limit but guyz issue is that sometime people and i just checking the qr or may be scan wrong qr or scan qr from scammer etc that people like old age not knowing that they gonna paying them and just after entering the amount its automatically scan the face and payment got deduct which can turn into a tragedy you have to add 2 layers for confirmation so that i can prepare that’s payment gonna deducted.Actually this happen with me yesterday but Im near the merchant shop and he refund me by cash but in online cases in can turn into a problem just please add double confirmation like Yes or Ok its very fast just in quick milliseconds which lead to problem what if someone enter wrong amount or esle. thankyou. Now give me 1cr for reporting this into very deep , just joking guyz.

Opened a Kotak 811 account two months ago. While we were out of station, the agent repeatedly called for full KYC, even at night (10 PM) on a lady’s number. After scolding him, the calls stopped. Tried completing KYC via the app, but it asked for location access, which is missing in the app, even though location services work fine for other apps. I scheduled three agent visits for full KYC, but despite receiving messages confirming the visits, no agent has shown up or called. Customer care is a nightmare – chat sessions disconnect even if you switch apps for a few seconds. The new agent can’t see previous chat or transfer to the requested agent. When we asked to raise a complaint about the agent not visiting for KYC, they simply said 'yes' but didn’t provide any complaint number for tracking. When we chatted again, the new agent said there was no existing complaint. Nightmare experience overall. Planning to switch to Fi online account.

Kotak gave us kotak bank application and 811 application separately. It’s very useful to us for maintaining account and i am very happy to this feature of kotak. And i had 2 icici bank accounts and I closed that accounts due to that app now supports only iOS version 17.0 and above but till iPhone 7plus series iPhones supports only iOS version 15.0 and it’s difficult to handle accounts without apps. ( internet banking available but it’s difficult to use through using browsers ) So I requesting to kotak apps developers please keep in mind if your future apps updates supports these types old versions phones. Thank you 💐
