Most of the time the server is low any requests for applying credit card, personal loan or anything will not be going to open until you die or else find the alternate option. Apart the transaction keep blocking the money in between the server you will never get what u need at the utmost time.There Artificial intelligence of helpline is more sucking while your money is stuck she didn’t even get the proper words like money deduction UPI, or UPI transaction issue. She keep telling you the same thing press this like that or blah blah. They are not at all concerned about the service they are providing they are only bothering for the money they are getting for RD, FD they have proper specific excellent response and service but at the time of apply for PL and CC they are pathetic there own server not supporting the request. Please improve the services for the app.Even SBI app is better than this.Mobile banking is not at all tolerable.
Thank you , at least I got an option to write here. To say I what I feel. I was crying over the call to 3 agents I spoke to. All disconnected the call on me. I was begging telling I don’t have money. My money is help , I have baby who is one year old and I don’t have money to meet his basic food requirements, I don’t have money to buy his milk. Even if it was a stranger on road they would have helped me. But Kotak bank chose to make me suffer more. I told your phone bankers I have borrowed 200rs to recharge to call. And just in getting through the chat bot atleast 30 times I called I typed and followed IVR options but ur so called keya did not understand anything. And all my recharge money exhausted , n I told the agents if I get disconnected please call back I don’t money. But all of them r so rude so adement. I could not get to speak to a supervisor. How can someone be so insensitive and heartless to not understand a toddler requirement . I dint have money to afford his milk. God will never forgive people involved in this. Specially the agent who mis-sold the credit card. If you guys have 1% mercy left on me n my child investigate this , heat all the calls. Hear my cry , hear my frustration. Keep the money for yourself. Just hear everything I said to wake ur humanity up. I give up with u guys now they do I have money to call.
There is no zero option available if not would have given that. Worst bank. Service is worst and they don’t know to whom they share there customers details that agency people from Delhi he is from recovery department who is harassing customer and my father day and night by calling from numerous numbers we receive calls even at night 11 pm which is against government rules Me and my father receive more than 100 calls a day and these guys have even hacked my father’s phone and has collected numbers from his call logs and threatening that he will call on all those numbers if amount is not paid. I have had the most worst experience with kotak and it’s customer service. I have taken the loan which is also cleared now only penal charges needs to be paid I don’t know from where they have got my father’s number and there team is calling him and harassing as well. I will be raising a cyber complaint against Kotak as well as the recovery agent with all the contact numbers he has been calling from and will make sure to get this escalated to RBI as well. Hacking someone’s phone is illegal for which I have already logged a cyber complaint. I have experienced this hence would suggest people to never register with Kotak Mahindra bank because they will make your life hell that is the reason I have written this review.

I had booked my flight tickets from kotak debit card but couldn’t travel due to COVID restrictions. The flight carrier, Indigo immediately issued the credit shell amount which was cleared by EaseMyTrip successfully on 31st August 2020. The bank has been holding back my refund amount for three months now. When I spoke to the customer care, they assured me that the request will be processed within 3 days. When I followed up again after 5 days, I am told that the request will be processed within 52 days. Is this a bloody joke? This bank is worse than government banks. In another instance, which I ignored earlier, they cancelled my credit card after I cleared my dues amounting to rupees 60,000 at once. They didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me about it or explain the reason. When I called the customer care and asked why the credit card was discontinued after the bill was cleared, they just told because of internal reasons that can’t be disclosed. I hope the internal reasons are not incompetency and ignorance. Worst experience ever!!
I was at an IOCL outlet when a salesperson from KOTAK approached and offered this so called Lifetime free IOCL tied up card. He said that I will get unlimited 5% cashback (directly credited to my credit card in the same billing cycle) on spending at an IOCL outlet. He even showed me a pdf document saying so. I got the card and in a month I realised three things1) the card was not lifetime free, it had annual charges.2) there was no 5% cashback. It was 5% valueback, 1% of which is fuel surcharge which every card gives. 4% was given as Kotak Rewards. And 4 Kotak reward points equals 1 rupee. And none of this comes in the bill, need to separately claim the points on their buggy app.3) The effective cashback I receive is basically just 1% of the fuel amount which again I have to claim using their app. And I am not even sure about the charges they are going to levy when I go to redeem the points.This is a proper scam. KOTAK has to take responsibility for the lies their sales people are telling people to lure them to get their cards. Falsifying offers and onboarding people is a fraud. A cherry on top of the cake is their buggy app which I have to clear from recent apps every time I need to go back from one menu to other. Had I had some patience I would have definitely filed a case in consumer court, but sometimes it feels the best way is to stay away from these fraudulent banks and their lucrative yet completely deceiving offers.

Dear all , if you want to use Kotak credit cards pls pay on time otherwise, if you miss the payment date and even if you already inform them in advance, about delay in payment is no use, they will call you ever 2 minutes once from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, ( around 150 call - different phone number one way calls )from next day onwards they will call your relatives in the contact list. That much they will make you harassment, such way they will make you to think about taking esteem last step…So before using this card pls careful, don’t use this card unless it’s urgent , or avoid using it , the 3rd party payment collector are 3rd grade people, but some people are good ( only 1% only), If payment is missed in Axis card or other cards, they will call you , they are not harassing like Kotak bank Payment collectors and after all harassments they reduced your CIBIL score and put additional charges . RBI will not look-in to it. I am trying to close the card as soon as possible…
