Do you have QA team
I am sure while making the changes in app Devlopers would be on some kind of attitude trip where they would be like we are not going use this app it is client who is going to use it so let’s not do QA and just publish the same.
1) app log in through Face ID
2) authorise any transaction you enter pin on scrabble numkeypad and area on zero key is so sensitive that you end up entering pin wrong at least once
3) if any manager level authority is reading this feedback please ask team to improve UX of the app.
App not working properly
From last few months, App is not working properly on iPhone 14 max pro, ios 16.5. It is not showing account balance on home screen & also not showing details of debits & credits even after tapping Account no. After session is expired, never goes to login window as a circle keeps rotating, we need to close the app & then restart the App to login.
