Update :
Facing more issues now,
1. Whenever market will be on big movement this app will stop working. It means the day you can earn lot of money this app will not work.
2. Whenever u swipe the trade to sell it will sell in low price and whenever u buy any trade it will buy at maximum price.
3. I choose this app because of zero brokerage on intraday trading but their systems are so slow and buggy maximum time I am paying brokerage indirectly to them by losing lot of money due to poor app performance.
If kotak neo app is performing so worst then how worst are the services of kotak bank.
Time to leave this app..
Brokerage is free for intraday in this app but its of no use as I have faced below issues 1. Order set as limit order due to this missed crucial buying of trade in fast moving market. Most of the time it placed as limit order, ideally it should be market order as default set. 2. Place order with target set as some price but when the trade reaches that price this app will not be able to capture the price in first attempt due this lost many precious target money. Its free they are saying but indirectly its very expensive due to slow API’s and bad UI. Used for like 15 days but its now frustrating to trade on such a slow and useless app.

Watch List Filters
Hi..The app is super. Works well. Only one suggestion i am putting below.
I realized that everyday/every time i need to keep a filter of high to low % change in my watchlists. This feature should be permanent once a filter is put up to a watch list. At present I have to put filters everyday to my watchlists to see the % increase/decrease stock wise.
This feature is there in Kotak Stock Trading App (Old App) but its missing in the Neo App. It will be great if the same is incorporated here.
Urgent Improvement Needed for Reliable Trading
I am facing persistent performance issues with the Kotak trading app that are affecting my trading activities. The app frequently lags, and there are times when the UI fails to respond properly, leaving the screen stuck or turning it completely white. These glitches are particularly problematic as they prevent timely profit booking, which is crucial in trading.
I urge the development team to prioritize these issues and improve the app's responsiveness and overall stability. A more reliable and faster interface would greatly enhance the user experience and help traders like myself operate more efficiently and effectively. Please address these concerns promptly.
