The Kuwait Mobile ID App is provided by the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI). It offers citizens and residents in the State of Kuwait a digital ID which can be used for the following purposes and more:
- Portable mobile based Civil ID for identity verification
- Authentication to Government and non-government eServices
- Trusted Digital Signature of electronic documents and transactions

Crash in IPhone 11
It has been observed that I am not able to use this app in my IPhone 11, and the same is working in Samsung note 9.
Please fix this error
iPhone 6 Kuwait mobile ID not working
It is observed that in my iPhone 6 and IPhone 5S Kuwait mobile ID application not working asking for operating system iOS 13 or later , what is this ? Apple has to provide options for all type of apple mobile version like earlier stages, nowadays even in a small smart phones also supports this type of application, Apple need to provide software updates for all phones or they have to instruct application developers to support is for lower versions of apple iPhone users
Error happened while communicating with server
I am using iPhone 11 running on iOS 16.1. I try to open the app and register but it shows “Error happened while communicating with the server”. Due to the same, i am not getting option to register online. It is asking me to register through kiosk only. Please let me know if anyone else facing the same problem or Developer please tell me what is the solution?! Thanks!
