I have been using their services for the last few months post lockdown and to my surprise they are doing an excellent job. My son’s white shoes after cleaning became as if it was a new pair. My mom told why did you buy a new shirt for my husband looking at the way it was packed and delivered. I told it is not new but a dry cleaned shirt. My mom got her 40 yrs old saree dry cleaned trusting them and to her surprise they cleared that test too. I got my husband 17yrs old marriage blazer cleaned and it is looking brand new. He is so excited to wear it soon. Thank you Laundrokart team for the wonderful work that you are doing for the society.

Worst service | Misplaced Item and No Compensation
The worst services I have ever come across. Highly unprofessional and negligent services across their network and operations teams. If there was a way to rate them in negatives, would have surely done that. They have misplaced my highly expensive apparels and in the name of compensation they offered me a compensation of INR 500 which isn't even the 1/4th of the price of the item. Also, this isn't the first case of such negligence with them. Even my friend has a similar experience with their services. They might keep your stuff for months and after hundreds of follow up calls and emails they might return your stuff or they might just shrug-off with a response that they have misplaced your item and wouldn't be able to do much about it. So please be very carefulwith these guys. I have already lost some of my costly stuff from their end and my friend is still following up for her stuff and its already been a month but as usual no response. 👎👎👎

Professionalism at it's best
The professionalism of the Laundrokart team was evident from the moment they arrived. They handled my garments with care and provided clear instructions on the services they offered. I appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they took the time to address any concerns I had about specific items. When I received my cleaned garments back, I was blown away by the quality of their work. Every piece looked as good as new, with stains cọmpletely removed and fabrics feeling fresh and soft.
