Helps to build daily habits!

It's best to use this app the first thing in the morning when I wake up. No need to scroll Insta or check Whatsapp messages. I have started meditating and journalling first thing in the morning, seeing good results!

Amazing app for meditation!!!

Doing meditation became very easy by using this app, it has a lot of things to choose from like workout, sleep stories, journaling, and tracking steps. They also send very witty reminders everyday ! Love using the app!!
