Now I know what meditation is.

I have tried to meditate so many times in my life but have failed miserably because I didn’t know how to… I found it very challenging to keep my mind still and just focus on my breathing which would lead to disappointment and frustration and I just didn’t bother after that.. but I’ve always wanted to learn how to meditate..

I downloaded this app after watching Ranveer’s video where he spoke about it and asked people to just download it and try it.. I wanted to show support..

I did my first session when I was on the verge of a panic attack and what happened after was mind blowing to me..

It felt like someone had held my hand and was walking me through how to bring peace to my mind.. I could actually feel my heart rate go down and my mind calm down..

I have been doing the beginner’s meditation everyday and my experience has been amazing..
There is no pressure to empty my mind.. no pressure to feel my soul lift out of my body.. at the end I always end up actually feeling light and calm..

I recently downloaded the app , I've been incredibly impressed with the Content. This app has been incredibly helpful in aiding me with my overall physical and mental health.

I think it's a great idea to organize a daily complete activity for a week. I suggest including a variety of activities such as yoga, warm up endurance or muscle training, and meditation in one video for each day for a week. This will help to keep the workout interesting and help individuals to stay motivated. Additionally, I suggest setting a timer to limit the activity to one hour each day. This will help to ensure that the activity doesn't become too strenuous. Thank you for considering my suggestion.

It’s a blessing…

Here I am to give heartfelt feedback..

To work for 14-15 hours and can’t sleep feels like hell. Was fed up with 2-3 hours sleep and had to get up because of not being able to sleep again and walk like zombie in the house. Then I turned level on to sleep with music and now whenever I wake up in the middle of the night I turn the music on and with in few mins I am back to snoring.. this a blessing during the start of the day it makes me calm while meditation it is helping me in the process of becoming calmer and clearer. So thankyou Ranveer and team. This is a great initiative. 👍
