  • Take your product and refund my money.

    First time i purchased something from Libas but i never thought it would be my worst experience..I ordered the product on 6th feb and raised return request on 13th feb…the team accepted return request..but today it has been 42 days till now on one has come to pick up the product in fact i have not received any call neither from their team not their courier person.. Every time i get message from their team that today your product will be pickup by our courier person but after some time i have received another message that our executive was unable to pickup your product..this happens not once but multiple times in fact i still get the same messages and it’s super annoying. After that i chat with their team on whatsApp and asked the reason behind this but they always told me to wait 24-48 hours for the same…it had been 42 days already but I didn’t get any help..instead of this i also contacted to their customer care but i got same answer that allow us 24-48 hours..i have talked almost every where (on whatsApp,Email and customer care )but not got any solution still now. When i talked to their customer care and asked about it instead of admitting their mistakes she started blaming me and said you didn’t attend the call of our delivery boy..it’s shocking for me like seriously the person who is bothering herself by calling them everyday and she herself not attending call how is it possible? Do these people think i am fool. I want to tell you guys please don’t buy anything from here..and even if you buy and think to return it…it will never return.. Always go for trustworthy shopping sites like myntra,amazon,flipkart,ajio etc.

  • In the app shows refund processed while it’s been weeks and still refund is not processed

    Hi Team,I have been constantly trying to call customer care since couple of weeks call isn’t getting connected even after long wait. I have sent multiple mails asking for the refund status. It’s been weeks since I returned the item and have been following up for the refund since then no response from cc team. Getting only automated mail reverts which are like copy paste same format saying issue is forwarded pls wait for response and no any other response to any of my mails in the app its shows refund processed which is a huge communication gap here. How can ul update the status even before processing refund ? First and last order with Libas. Pathetic experience. I need a callback and revert on mail ASAP. I am not recommending Libas to anyone. Will soon post all this on social media

  • Libas app is stuck- can’t order at all

    Libas is my favourite collection. In last 2 years I have added a good number to my wardrobe from libas. The app is not functioning appropriately as it hangs frequently and shuts down when I try to open the cart to order. Nothing like reopening the app, etc works. Please, look into the bugs and rectify the errors. Such helplessness may cause me and other customers to skip shopping Libas. Thanks.

    I have ordered three products and paid for the same, received only two, online the order shows delivered, I have tried calling customer care number, but the call is not connected. I have ordered these items for the wedding of the brother, and now this. Where to contact i have no idea, is this the way of cheating people online, the item shows out is stock. If the item is out of stock why you people took payment at the first place and showing it delivered online whereas I received only two. Whom to complain?
