Service & professionalism is very good. Needs some improvement on the App / System. All the orders including prescribed ones should be saved somewhere under the profile so that easy to refer at later stage from anywhere.

Life Pharmacy - Where Do I Begin? My recent experiences with them have been utterly horrendous, primarily due to their abysmal customer support and a flawed mobile app. I downloaded their app, enticed by the promise of 30-minute instant delivery and a mere AED 3 delivery fee. But, what a joke! When I needed urgent cough syrup for my ailing mother, they failed miserably. The promised 30-minute delivery turned into hours, leaving me frustrated and exhausted. But that's not all; their customer support was unresponsive, ignoring my calls and chat messages. And when I needed a nebulizer urgently, the app's payment system failed. When I reached out to their online support, they were unhelpful and uncooperative. But here's the icing on the cake - when I informed their delivery person about the delay and frustration, he had the audacity to laugh at my situation, displaying the epitome of unprofessionalism. Life Pharmacy's deceptive promises, poor app performance, and shocking customer support have caused me immense stress.
