Beware of Life Pharmacy! nothing but disappointing and frustrating

Life Pharmacy - Where Do I Begin? My recent experiences with them have been utterly horrendous, primarily due to their abysmal customer support and a flawed mobile app. I downloaded their app, enticed by the promise of 30-minute instant delivery and a mere AED 3 delivery fee. But, what a joke! When I needed urgent cough syrup for my ailing mother, they failed miserably. The promised 30-minute delivery turned into hours, leaving me frustrated and exhausted. But that's not all; their customer support was unresponsive, ignoring my calls and chat messages. And when I needed a nebulizer urgently, the app's payment system failed. When I reached out to their online support, they were unhelpful and uncooperative. But here's the icing on the cake - when I informed their delivery person about the delay and frustration, he had the audacity to laugh at my situation, displaying the epitome of unprofessionalism. Life Pharmacy's deceptive promises, poor app performance, and shocking customer support have caused me immense stress. Fraud alert: Beware of getting cheated

Pls be aware of these cheaters they will tell you that there is voucher worth XXX value you will get for qualifying purchases. While they will not declare that only useless products can be bought with those vouchers. Outright cheating, beware and steer clear of this fraud being conducted in broad daylight. First and foremost , stay miles away from sales representatives as they are the ones leading this scam into duping unsuspecting customers. After you have made the purchase , they will to some vague terms & conditions, printed in size 5 fonts, conveniently hidden from the main print.
