Ratings and Reviews
Glitch.
There is some serious glitch with the application. When you’re sent an email about a job posting, the links are supposed to direct you to the linkedin app. But whenever i try to click any link sent via email, it directs to the app and then there’s a blank page (grayed out). Same thing happens when you are using a separate section on LinkedIn (like recommending someone), you go to another application (say google/safari), you try getting back to LinkedIn and it happens again. All but a blank page. It’s kind of irritating and you then have to close and open the application again. Note- My application is up to date and so is my phone’s OS.
I am really unhappy with the app
We all know searching and getting a job is a very difficult thing. App like linkedin makes it easier for job search.I have applied through the app,I don’t know for how many jobs,must be hundreds,but never ever have I received a single call till date. Even though I met the criteria,but there is no response. The same job when I applied through other platforms,I received some calls.I am highly disappointed using this. They will ask to go for premium for getting job. Why should I pay ,in the first hand when m not getting anything? Very disappointed. It is just good for job search and to check if there is any relevant company listed.
Great app but unable to upload contacts
The app works very well. I’ve been using it for a long time and have not faced any issues except one. Whenever i try to add new connections by uploading my mobile contacts it never picks them up and within a second it responds as ‘you have no eligible contacts to invite. Please try again later’. Even though i have phone numbers of people who i know are on LinkedIn i am not able to find them. So the options left for me are to either find people through mutual connections or share my LinkedIn profile link to other people. Kindly look into this matter as it might be a software bug or some other technical problem which other users might also be facing.
