Although the products are amazing, no return option is def lowering their sales, i would’ve bought so many more clothes but as a human your size fluctuates, and with ni return i cant be sure. Very sad honestly.

This company is extremely unprofessional and does not care about its customers. First, they refused to accept a return for my product, causing a lot of inconvenience. Once they finally processed the return, they stopped responding to my messages about the refund. This has been the worst experience ever. I strongly advise against ordering from them. If you face any issues, such as size problems, they won’t process returns, and the quality of their products is very poor. Their customer service is equally disappointing as they completely ignore messages.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. i had placed an order and it came after a whole week even though the delivery date said 4-5 business days. then, the dress did not even match the photo in the app and i decided to ask for a return or a refund which i did. after i request that, they dont even get back to me abt it and the dress is just lying there. after 3 days they’re like okay pls comfirm ur request. after i do that, i don’t even get an update abt what to do next? like that dress is just lying there now.. honestly so disappointed. the worst experience ever.
