I recently ordered from littebox and i like the clothes/ quality and everything i great. Just a remark i would like to make- the app/site does not has a return policy and that’s alright. But kindly make a change in the exchange section in which we can exchange the product for another item. Currently we only get the size exchange option which can sometimes not work for everyone. You can even offer store credit so we can order other product from your site. Kindly make this change as soon as possible.

first off all they don’t have return policy…they don’t have models assigned to show how the product will look on body…still if we order it taking a risk just hoping that it will look good , the product is not exactly same& perfect as shown in the picture..also the quality is not good for that price…& now u cannot return it..u are totally cooked…then i tried to exchange it with other product…that product became unavailabe so they couldn’t deliver it…so i should be given the refund right?…they said i will be given stupid useless voucher ….(still i don’t even see that voucher anywhere on the app)…the completely looted me…& the customer service is the worst…they completely ignore their customers…this app doesn’t deserve to be a shopping app...the littlebox is A FRAUD..i wasted my 20-25 days for nothing..i didn’t get my product & also they took my 800₹…even MEESHO is better than this…they have return policy & also give refund when they cannot deliver the order

While some products arrived, the tube top remained undelivered as of March 17, 2025—13 days later. Despite assurances on March 11 that it would ship within 48 hours, no dispatch has occurred, and no airway bill number has been provided.Non-Existent Customer SupportLittlebox India’s customer service is virtually unreachable:•Ticketing System: Tickets are closed without resolution, falsely marked as “closed by customer.”•WhatsApp Support: Messages go unanswered for days, if at all.•No Contact Number: There’s no customer care number to address concerns directly.Unprofessional and UntrustworthyThe company’s repeated failure to honor commitments and lack of communication reflect a profound disregard for customers. The cloths they have are good enough. They look and fell like described by the images. But wats surprising is that THEY DONT HAVE RETURN!!!! In 2025 a trendy online shop does not have return nor a style exchange option, which means if something does not look good on u ur still stuck with it!!. Their customer service is terribly never had thought that an app like littlebox that’s come on shark tank(utterly useless ) would have such poor management of customer support. Even if u have a complaint only if they respond on their own there is hope which they don’t tend to do after once. Their customer service agents are arrogant as well as being irresponsible and not to mention useless . Never shopping here until and unless they don’t have a return and refund policy
