Unable to login app

Since the latest ios 13 update, i am unable to open this app, it is just snipping in the main screen for hours but unable to get in.

Also, i have tried re-installing the app but the issue still persists.

Developers aren’t responding about the issue from a long time. I think we should uninstall this app now.

Really good but very very bad

Good things:
1. Great real life design & look and feel & sound.
2. Clean and simple look.

Bad things:
1. Not driven natural random numbering system.
2. App is manipulating the games.
3. Many cheaters around and they make the game useless.
4. Support is no good. Currently it is not working with IOS 13. The Admin is not taking care.
5. Profile is not portable from one device to another.

Advice to Admin:
1. Solve these. You have the potential to be no. One ludo game.
2. Otherwise you would disappear.
