After I ordered, I receive call from someone saying that I updated the location wrongly( Blaming ). However, I updated my map location correctly and based on the maps it chose Dammam as my location( It doesn’t allow me enter the location manually ) . Now they are saying your location is actually Khobar but I chose Dammam ( while I can’t enter the location manually and it takes data from map based my actual location ). So this is my first and last order on lulu online . Also the delivery person asking to send location in what’s app . What is the point in updating location in address ?

Been some weeks that every time I open the app, it asks me for an update. When I download the update, the app automatically logs out. Once I log in, the cart gets empty and I have to go all over again from the beginning. You must also note that the app refreshes to homepage every time your phone gets locked or you move onto any other app. A 10 minute task takes ages to place an order. The filters are pathetic. So is the overall user experience. That’s my review after over a year of usage, this app still feels like a class project than an actual service extension!
