Good start but a long distance to travel

The app does a good job of displaying all the metrics in a very readable manner and a few updates to the graph have been great.

The app is still clunky, takes long time for it to sync with the ring, sometimes breaks down, and because it doesn’t capture any active data during workout, this isn’t a good alternative to other sports devices.

Very supportive support team

I have been using Luna Ring since October 2023 and till September 2024, I have had many issues with the ring. However, the support from the team at Noise and Luna Ring has been amazing. They have constantly stayed in touch and listened to me. I haven’t faced any issues either with the ring or the app for many months now. Why I am stating this, about the people behind the Luna Ring, is mainly that their contributions often gets overlooked by the product they make and support.

The ring may not be perfect but they are constantly improving. The app is simple and easy to understand and also upgrading. The UI/UX is easy to understand and navigate. I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for the ring and the app and the support team. Thanks you!

Issue with pairing since last update

I am not able to pair my Luna ring with my iPhone 15 plus since today morning. The device is visible but when am trying to pair it with iPhone by putting it on the charging pod, it shows pairing unsuccessful again and again. Since today morning I am facing issue with the pairing of the device. First it was not able to sync my data of activity in the morning. I started recording of my badminton activity of 3 hrs but it was not showing any data of the activity. Then I tried to delete the app and reinstall, since then am not able to pair my Luna ring through the app. It’s just 1-2 weeks I bought this device. Please resolve this issue of software glitch or bug whatsoever.

My sincerest apologies firsthand. Any bad experience is not what we would want for our users.
The sync is something that is an identified issue and being worked upon by the team, we will solve this in the next Firmware update. Please bear with us meantime. If you ever, reface this issue till it is solved - please freely reach out on our whats'app support - and we will help you on a case to case basis meantime. For the 'record a workout' feature, it is recommended to wait till the countdown closes before starting the activity.
