Account problems
It take 24 hours to creat an account and without even a single swipe they disable it stating that this have violated their terms and conditions. However in real its not. Their customer support doesn't even reply the reasons and send the pre drafted mail that account has violated terms and conditions.
Update: Again and automated reply! They don't even bother to state which terms are not followed.

Problem in signing in
Dear Luxy i am having problem in sign-in since few hrs,i am based in Saudi Arabia yesterday i purchased Luxy black membership it was working fine till evening today. pls fix it resolve the issue or else cancel subscription with full refund. also facebook sign-in option is gone.

Doesn’t sign in with Facebook and does not approve photos
Hi
I tried signing up with my Facebook. I have only one Facebook account with my own pics there which are clear. After I signed up, it gave me the option to verify my email address and said the email address already exists. It also did not approve my photograph, including a freshly taken selfie was rejected. I find it absurd. I am unable to delete my account. And it keeps giving me pop ups now to check out the visitors to my profile and upgrade my account. I don’t need this, and I feel it violates my privacy.

Hi, thanks for using Luxy! You’ll be able to delete your account after the 24-hour review process.
1. If your result is "IN", you can go onto the app, find Settings > Account&Security > Disable your account to delete your account.
2. If your result is "OUT", you can find the “DELETE THE ACCOUNT” option on the result page and quit the app.
You can also contact us at support@onluxy.com if you need it to be done urgently.
As for other issues, please contact us by email. We will check it for you.
