Good Prompt service and App works seamless
First time using it after having tried Uber mostly but the App took longer to update and found Lyft from Google Maps and it worked like a breeze and fast App download, getting the cab in few min and all went well, thank you.
Safe and Reliable
Lyft service is good and I recommend it to everyone who is visiting USA for the first time. The drivers you come across are very informed about the location. Also the LYFT service is available at odd hours of the day. So if your flight lands late you can to sure of getting one and reach safely to your destination.
No rating at all. Yesterday I downloaded the app. 0 rating.
I was calling driver for more than 4-5 times. He charged me for literally no service. Please send my money back. I don’t know if he picked up someone else or what exactly happened. I was not able to cancel the ride or go ahead or back in the app. I called the driver, he didn’t pick up the call, didn’t respond to my msgs and after an hour I got to know my money was deducted. This is extremely unsafe and faulty. Please check and kindly contact me for more detailed feedback.
