Good service actually the best service

I was so confused whether to buy from here or not at first after seeing all the negative reviews on this app. I didn’t even found a single good review. But I’m glad I still thought of giving it a chance, my order came within 6 days. I don’t get it why other people are facing problems in delivery like literally they are saying their orders are 90 days late. I’m here to write my experience and that was great all the products were in good condition and I’ll definitely buy my future products from here. To those who ever are going to drop the idea by seeing all the negative comments, I hope this one helps. Just go for it!!!!

PATHETIC SCAMMERS

I placed an MGS order for a sunscreen on June 11th and it is now, August. It was supposed to arrive by July and it is still not been delivered. There is no way of tracking the order or look at any sort of updates for the order. They have no customer support number and I live chat takes forever to respond. I have written multiple, countless emails asking for a update, a tracking link, anything basically but all they say is “sorry for the inconvenience”. The same pathetic, misleading response instead of giving an actual update. They look like a bunch of scammers that don’t respond and neither do they provide a refund. MGS products are also expensive and it is a waste of money to order from this app. I strongly suggest nobody buys from this app. I am truly disgusted with this sort of behaviour. I hope nobody ever buys anything from here. There are other platforms from which you can buy genuine products and they deliver to you as well.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Great App only for NON MGS products

Its almost 8 to 10 months Im using this App. They delivered NON MGS products just within 1week. This is really cool.
This app is quite good but the main problem is when I place a order for MGS products it takes more than 4-5 months to deliver the same. And the 2nd major problem is that this app doesn’t provide any customer care contacts, if you are having any issues you can only mail them. And most of the cases they don’t give any responses.

Recently faced a issue with MGS products. Order was placed in the month of December 23 worth more than 3.5k. In app it was showing already shipped to my nearest courier hub on 15th feb 2024. But I haven’t yet received the product. I called courier company for the package details and they said it had arrived in damaged condition. I already mailed maccaron team for this issue and still waiting for their response.
