Temple authorities should make the registration simple and easy.
Why build an app if it won’t take your passport details? tried entering multiple times and even took help from officials who couldn’t figure why the app is not taking my passport details. Waste of time trying to enter details and then wait in long lines to do registration
ID card scan option is missing
It would be better if you could add an ID card scan option using the mobile phone camera.
Why this app requires , we can do at website or onsite
Management think again as our family came back as we did not booked the ticket as app was not available why a devotee need app to register his visit to temple
