Delhi store
I love your products and the collection in your Delhi store is better than the London and New York stores .
A small suggestion -I feel that the Delhi store is understaffed and I noticed that the mens section seems bigger

Inefficient App (Inditex Team Doesn’t Care too)
1. Search isn’t efficient. Many relevant products when searched do not show up which one can find by browsing the category.
2. Filtration almost doesn’t work. Filtering by size hardly works. Many available products in a certain size do not show up. But show when browsed in the product category.
3. Products cannot be sorted by price (like on the website).
4. Country/location cannot be changed once selected right after installation of the app. The only option is to install and reinstall.
5. When installed, it asks to choose category: women, men or children. Only one can be chosen. What if a family buys for all three categories?
6. Unavailable products sometimes have the functionality to send a reminder when it becomes available. But that never ever happens.
Have been writing these feedback to the company since years, but the Inditex team just doesn’t care.
The products are fantastic in every aspect and products display on the app is also wonderful, but the selling processes, technological platform, and customer service are extremely inefficient.
The app is akin to window shopping
I agree with all the previous reviews.
The App is beautiful to look at which is not surprising considering the merchandise but there’s no possibility to buy any thing ... 🤷♀️
So I’m unable to understand if the purpose of the app is only to see if you like something and then hope you are still interested and that the size is still available by the time you figure out a way of procuring it.
If someone from the brand could please explain the purpose of the app and if online shopping is actually going to be a possibility... would really appreciate it !
