WHAT IS MASTERY?
Mastery is the simplest tool to help you build effective daily routines. It helps you keep track of your daily rituals, and spot positive/negative trends in your lifestyle. Mastery helps you answer questions like:
· Am I waking up at 6 o’clock regularly?
· Am I doing yoga daily?
· Am I hugging my partner daily?
· Am I calling my parents regularly?
· Am I making by bed daily?
· Am I working on my side project regularly?
...or whatever is important to you. There are literally no restrictions on what you can track using Mastery.
WHAT IS NOT MASTERY?
Mastery is not a “Don’t break the chain” style habit building app. Mastery doesn’t help you build chains or streaks. Building healthy routines is more about continuous growth than long streaks.
Start by having one green in a week, then two greens, then three, and so on… If you fail, just move on to the next day.
HOW DOES MASTERY WORK?
It’s fairly simple. Just pick a new habit to track, or choose one from the suggested ones. It should be something that you would do on a daily basis, like jogging, playing guitar, meditation, etc. Mastery is about keeping track of daily habits — there are no weekly goals to meet, so there’s no pressure. Just focus on making your 'today' better.
We support your from your 1st day to your 750th day of tracking daily routines. Before starting something, we urge you to ask yourself, “Will I do it for two years straight?” If yes, then it must be really important to you.
Most people usually focus on short term goals, but forget about the long game. Mastery helps you perfect the long game. If you do something for two years, we promise something good will come out of it.
It takes hard work to follow a ritual for two straight years, and we are here to support you at every step.

We had released notifications from the cage in the last update, but later it got rogue and started firing more than it should. It needed to be neutered. The due diligence has been done in this small update. Over and out!

Can see positive changes already
I've been using the app for some time now, and I've already started seeing positive results. This is still in its early stages, and definitely needs some more features, especially the ability to set reminders, but I'm loving the overall concept. I use it daily to remind me to "Water the plants" and also to "Call Mom." Some of the suggested habits, such as, "Discover new music" and "Read 5 new articles" are pretty cool and I plan to try them out soon.

Thank you so much for your feedback! It really means a lot. Yes, being able to set reminders for habits is an important feature indeed, and I can assure you that I'm working on the same. Most simple habit tracker
It has got the simplest UI to track habits easily. Completely mess free. In love with it. Please add the following features. Then it would become truly awesome.
- Habit reminders with snooze options.
- Enable us to reorder habits.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
