What’s New
Version v2.25.0
- iPhone 5s devices and later with iOS 15.1+ is required. Server version v9.11.0 or later is required.
- In the Mattermost Mobile App v2.25 release, Mattermost has stopped supporting iOS versions 13 and 14. Users should update their iOS version to v15.1 or newer. See more details in this forum post: https://forum.mattermost.com/t/deprecation-notice-ios-13-and-14-versions/21845.
- Added a feature for having a separate tab for Drafts on mobile. The Drafts screen currently only supports local drafts on the device and not drafts synchronized with the server.
- Added visualization of custom profile attributes. Requires server v10.5 and feature flag enabled.
- Fixed reliability issues with threads.
- Fixed certain scenarios where the keyboard area in the channel and thread screen took more space than it should.

70% Slack Alternative
We run this for a team of 9 people.
The server has been deployed on DO and costs us less than $15 per month. Honestly I hardly miss Slack. Slack is definitely more feature rich and polished but this works absolutely fine for all communications and file sharing and project collaborations. Also we run this on desktop, mobile and web without any trouble.
The $$ we save is very good reason to stick with MM and not go with Slack.
Not working
Hi developers, my Mattermost app isn’t working properly. It’s just keep on loading and loading. I’m not able to read any team messages . I’ve the latest software installed on my iPhone X and an updated version of Mattermost too. Please fix it ASAP.

Hi there, do you see anything strange in the logs (profile -> settings -> report a problem)? Do you have collapsed reply threads enabled or disabled? Does logging out and re-logging in help? Does re-installing the app fix the issue?
Best of them all
Out of all hosted team communication apps, this one is the most polished. People having push notifications issues should refer to the official push notification testing guide.
