Problem
I have a max pro knight maxima watch ,It’s have some bug issues, sometimes work slow or stopped working . Please by update fix this issue
Not connecting?
Even I faced this problem. But got it connected.
Simply delete the app in phone and reinstall it by scanning it on the given brochure. Keep the watch fully charged and in ON condition. After installation it search n will ask for pairing on mobile. pair it.
For calling feature don’t buy
I had purchased Max Pro Knight one month back & not able to use calling feature regularly since purchase as it disabled itself.
You need to reset every time when it stops.
Sent for repairs after 2-3times usages but problem not resolved even after this.
Maxima is not responding on WhatsApp complaint number.
Not able to use this watch.
