New User Experience
I am a new customer of Bandhan Bank. At first glance the app looking promising but when I used it for some time noticed typical glitches. FaceID doesn’t work at all. In fact I am not getting any option to enable it after reinstalling the app. The app freezes during menu option switch. Please fix the UI bugs.

Performance review.
This app is so much slow that it will someday make me shift my account to any other bank. Too much slow app interface takes too much time to load. Doesn’t send confirmation otps on time.
I cannot add beneficiaries. I cannot transfer money to existing beneficiaries. I dont know what this app is made for if it cannot fulfill your banking needs.
Think twice before opening your account in bandhan bank. The worst bank ever. They know how to cut charges instantly but they don’t know how to provide services on time.
Opening an account in bandhan bank was the worst banking choice in my life.
