Sth wrong with new updates?
I think something is wrong with the latest update, I tried loading some cash in my INR card, but even after entering the correct numbers and expiry date, it’s showing invalid
Very arrogant and not at all professional
Bob is really clumsy and arrogant with customers....be it a phone call or a personal visit to bank....the staffs don’t greet people warmly...it’s as if we r there to collect their money....
During covid, my money(500) was deducted from my account while I was doing my online transaction and I called them to inquire....they said because of heavy traffic... (and this happens especially during sat and sun)... and my money will be refunded too...I complained too but they only sent me an email of apology but no money was given back to me...(I have proof too)
All I wanna do next time is cancel my account in BOB...the stafffs are not at all professional( do they talk politely only if we have heavy bank accounts?)
That’s why secure your future with better banks not with one clumsy suckers....
Very disappointed and frustrated
Not once or twice, several times bob services failed. Failed card swipe outside Bhutan(India). Updated version of mbob also damn slow. Getting into nerves. Please provide better services. 🙏
