MCD 311 app encourages citizens of Delhi, to Communicate directly with there community leaders in government to resolve issues in their neighborhood.

We allow Citizens to:

Report a non-emergency issue in your neighborhood, like Dead Animals,Garbage dumbs,Toilet not cleaned etc.

Submit a service request to local government.

Track the response and engage in public dialogue, through issue resolution

Here’s how it works:
1. See something that needs to be fixed?
2. Submit a request with a photo & GPS Location attached.
3. Authorities receives the request.
4. The Authorities fixes the problem!
5. You get notified when the request is completed.

Useless App

I submitted a complaint four days ago. After that the App is not responding and I am unable to see the status of my complaint

Third Class app like their CM

it is a useless app, built only to show people how concerned MCD is, after submitting a complaint, there is no action taken even after 20 days, they give mobile number of the person to whom the complaint is forwarded and to my surprise that person does not work in Mcd. They are updating Fake comments that the work is completed but till date nobody has come. In last I can only say this app is as fake as their chief Minister of Delhi.

Buggy app

How can a government body release such a buggy app. Even after submitting a complaint more than 20 hours ago through the app, it does not show complaint in ‘complaint status’ section of the ‘home’ page in the app. Not to mention the person assigned has his incoming blocked. What is the purpose of releasing this app if a citizen can not see status of his complaint let alone see any action on it on this app.
