McDonald's 4+

Hi, I am an iPhone user and the app fails to launch and gives some kind of error. I kindly request you to see what the problem is.
I have been using this app for a while now and it works very well. The offer are great, even I liked it interface which could have been better but its not bad at all.
I really hope that the app gets fixed soon.

I recently tried to use the McDonald’s McDelivery app to place an order, but encountered a major issue that made it impossible for me to log in using my mobile number. After entering my mobile number, I received an OTP (One-Time Password) as expected. However, there was no field available on the app to enter the OTP and complete the login process.

This oversight is quite frustrating and makes the app unusable for anyone attempting to log in with their mobile number. Without the ability to enter the OTP, users are left stuck at the login screen with no way to proceed. This not only disrupts the ordering process but also negatively impacts the overall user experience.

I hope the development team addresses this issue promptly in the next update. Until then, I cannot recommend the McDelivery app for mobile users, as a seamless login process is crucial for a satisfactory customer experience.

It asked for email id password and tgen again sent an otp on mobile saying 2 step verification..Really??? Is it a food delivery app or a banking app? On logging in then in India it asks for North West East South? Cant it be simple-City name wise? And worst there was a Mcdonald outlet just 2 kms away from where I was located and the apps current delivery location said No Stores nearby!!!!! The Digital team at Mcdonalds really need to go through 360 degree change in the app … In today’s competitive digital world this app really needs to be worked upon.. It doesnt even deserve 2.7 rating in the app store but in minus!!! Worst app ever!!!!!
