What about the customer who doesn’t have iOS 13 ??
The new update asks for iOS 13 and I don’t have it because I’m using iPhone 6+
And  didn’t gave update for this phone and my phone is working fine
Before the last update the app was working absolutely fine
Because of your app I’m not going to buy an iPhone it’s very costly in india

It asked for email id password and tgen again sent an otp on mobile saying 2 step verification..Really??? Is it a food delivery app or a banking app? On logging in then in India it asks for North West East South? Cant it be simple-City name wise? And worst there was a Mcdonald outlet just 2 kms away from where I was located and the apps current delivery location said No Stores nearby!!!!! The Digital team at Mcdonalds really need to go through 360 degree change in the app … In today’s competitive digital world this app really needs to be worked upon.. It doesnt even deserve 2.7 rating in the app store but in minus!!! Worst app ever!!!!!

The staff that they trained is so rude, the manager didn’t even talk and was abusing the delivery guy. The situation is much worse than it looks. This happened in Mcdonalds Punjabi bagh, New delhi. Please don’t order from these guys they don’t have any etiquettes to talk or give the food. I hope someone from Mcdonalds contacts regarding this situation, that Mcdonalds branch is literally ruining the Brand image of the whole chain. PATHETIC 1. Take minimum 1 hour to deliver 2. App is bugged 3. Have to put phone number everytime before ordering 4. App takes too long to open 5. Disgusting service
