Ratings and Reviews
Unorganized, Unreliable, Unprofessional
Booked through the app for 10am home cleaning service. At 9:45am, I received a call saying staff is unavailable due to health emergency. At 10am sharp, door bell rings and there’s a cleaning lady at the door, entirely unaware she’s meant to be ill. Asked her to call her office to verify; she said was redirected now to go somewhere else. Strange.
I was connected with Mildred to reschedule. She kept saying she’ll check and call back ... but never did. I had to keep calling to enquire. Finally got the rebooking done.
The app itself is fine and the cleaning lady (when she finally arrived) was sweet and did a very good job. But to get to that stage is a real task!
Wouldn’t use again.
