Fantastic product and even better service. I ordered outside of typical delivery hours and the team went out of their way to make it happen! Worst customer services experience
Worst customer experience. Rider boy and customer helpline personnel called within 4 times of an interval of 1 seconds/minute. Missed 4 calls. Received first call at 5:07, and last call from the customer helpline number at 5:09, returned the call at 5:10 PM and by then rider boy had gone far off from the place. Rider boy did not even enter the society premises, had that been the case there would have been digital records and there were none. Called rider boy, he picked up the call at the first instance and upon realising who is it, he hung up and didn’t answer the call after that. Customer servicing lady was way too rude and unsupportive and kept on arguing that you didn’t answer the call. No one keeps the phone handy all the time and i returned the call exactly 3 mins after the first call received from rider boy and 1 minute after the last call received from the customer service. Asked her to return my money as I don’t want the order on Tuesday which was placed on Saturday, but the money return has not been initiated yet. Outrageously a worst customer experience. App deleted.
App storing personal information even after closure of account
App storing personal information even after I want to close the account. This is against privacy laws if the customer chooses to close the account the App should be able to delete my personal information and confirm. However, customer service refuses to delete personal information after closure of account.
Another thing I want to review is their distribution practice which are a health hazard. Frozen products which are taken out for delivery are stored at certain temp are handed to delivery person so that they are delivered ASAP so that frozen food items do not get spoiled, however, their practices are such that they allow delivery person to carry the food items for 3 days before he supposedly delivers. How can frozen food item be safe if kept by the delivery persons for 3 days ? the delivery person calls on all the 3 days for giving delivery but never delivers which means the frozen food is either kept by the delivery person for 3 days and been on the road for 3 days.
The reason I have deleted my account is frozen food delivered in such unhygienic way is not safe for consumption.
Customer service on the app and email is rude and refuses to acknowledge my concerns.
