Bad quality n poor customer support
Had ordered mutton which turned out to be of very poor quality and had to throw away.
Contacted someone called Mohammed from whom i rcvd a sms re feedback about their product and services.
When i called up to give my feedback it was not given any weightage and washed off his hands saying that he has no control over the suppliers as he only passes on the orders which he receives thru the app. On asking as to how he plans to ensure that his vendors supply the right quality, he had nothing to say.
I stopped ordering thru Meat n More immediately.
