Poor Customer Support. Waste of time. Go elsewhere
Haven’t experienced such low level of customer service standards EVER. Fail to understand customer issues and avoid you to the fullest in such cases. Trust me they are like conmen who would call you every other day for orders and I nce there comes any issue, they would disappear, wouldn’t answer your phone calls and messages. Please go elsewhere.

For Discounted medicines, I found Medkart the cheapest especially with generic medicines. Although the payment option via mobile application is bad, simply call the customer service and they will send you the link for the payment. Also kindly reduce the delivery timeframe.
