Payment Methods to be improved
The app does its basic job. Looks like a web interface. The user experience could be improved a lot. The payment options are still very old system of Medlife sending sms and we have to click the link to pay. Not synced instantly the delivery person does not have an payment update I have to show him the Sms. Pls come out if this Sms and web interface. The app world is going somewhere you are just still in the web interface kind of UI.
I am using the app only because of the discount offered.
Otherwise the calls and doctor call are all fine. App needs a huge functional and UX revamp.
Especially the payment system. Allow us to pay directly from the app. For one order I get so many Sms.

This Last experience with Medlife was Miserable. With no valid reason the order was cancelled without permission or intimation leaving me without meds. Delivery boy came at a different time and my not being home for about 3o minutes lead to cancelling the confirmed order after Doctor consultation. Simply horrible!! When contacted I was asked to reorder. Reordered meds on the same very day were delivered today after 7 days. Again I being without meds had to purchase from market urgently since diabetics can not remain without. Every time I tried to contact the responder , customer care diverted me to pharmacist although the original prescription had already been collected. Despite putting in repeated request about urgency of situation it took 7 days to you to supply the order .
One department does not know what the other 9one is doing and the patient is made to go pillar to post. A sick person is made to suffer indefinitely and all complains end with ‘very sorry’. There has to be a way to simplify the process. 20 pc discount has costed me health hazards much beyond the amount in addition to mass of peace of mind.
I have been purchasing meds for more than 5 years but this was my worst experience.
With this experience neither will I go through this process NOR wit will ever recommend to any body.

Worst Service Fake Commitment with Fluctuating Time for Delivery
This was the 1st time I chose medlife to order diabetic medicine for my mother. On 11sept I ordered medicine. When I got confirmation call I request them I need this medicine on urgent basis as the stock of these diabetic medicine will last till next day. They commited me To delivered it on urgent basis ie by the end of next day. But I didn’t get those medicine. after waited for 72 hrs I’m yet to received my order. After making various call to call centre. Since yesterday morning my order is packed and ready for delivery. This is the status I’m getting from them. There is no provision of urgent order. I’m counting urgent order as 24hrs. Daily there commitment as well as there delivery time is changing. Yesterday I was told My order is packed and i will receive it by 4 or 5pm max. They are not ready to accept there fault. Now my concern is that why have you created this app if guys are not capable of meeting customer requirements and not able to delivered medicine on time. I will surely uninstall this app. WORST APP.. WORST SERVICE.. RUDE BEHAVIOUR BY CALLCENTRE. ITS 14 SEPT TODAY AND IM YET TO RECEIVE MY MEDICINE AFTER WAITED FOR THREE DAYS. WORTHLESS APP !!! DOESN’T DESERVE SINGLE STAR ALSO !!!
