Disappointing!!
I have made multiple purchases from Meesho over the period of 2 years. I have had no trouble getting the product on time and customer services have been excellent. Of lately the products and their quality have gone downhill. I orders 4 products consecutively last month. The first product arrived cheap and I put return request immediately. It was collected the next day but now shows that the return request was cancelled. When I raise a query they ask me to put in another request which requires me to add a picture of the saree that is now not with me. Senseless! The second and third product was a saree that came together in one package. Unfortunately what came instead was a rag like cloth that resembled a churidar set. It was so unhygienic to even look at. A return request was placed and was collected the next day. Now they say that it wasn’t picked up at all. I have to call the courier service and collect it back. Such a pain ! The fourth product hasn’t arrived at all. It’s been 4 days after the delivery date. The occasion I needed it for will soon pass, making it a useless purchase. Such back to back fraud has made me loose my faith in Meesho. I am done with you !

Worst app and worst experience ever in my life…I have been shopping online from various apps and websites to… since many years now and also me and my family used to order a lot from meesho inspite of some delivery issues but didn’t have much major issues regarding it…but never has such kind of fraud happened with me…. Firstly i ordered three identical anarkali kurtas..one xl and two in size L..but they delivered me only one kurta instead that is by the way mistake from there side only …but anyway i raised my complain within the 5 minutes of my delivery, the moment i opened the package…they then consoled me by saying that i would get the full refund amount of both within 48 hours..instead i received the refund for only one kurta that too 4-5 days later after me calling the customer care daily and it is been around 1.5 months that i have been constantly calling them for my full refund every other day and they just kept on saying that I’ll receive my money in 48 hours but nothing happened and when i called the customer care again 3-4 days back…they said that there account is showing then that all the money has been transferred to me when i received the half amount only…..i have never seen such kind of fraudsters in my life ever..why do you guys have to fool innocent people not everyone of us has money to spend everywhere..same on you guys..looting money from us like this..wouldn’t recommend anyone.
Reture is not picking
As I have order 1 pair of slipper from meesho but they have mentioned in the description pack of 2 but I received only pack 1 pair but I didn’t knew about this at price 270 I thought it a pack of 1 pair so I received the product but when i saw the slippers are not fitting size issue so I complained about the size issue and requested for return. But today when delivery boy came to receive my product he’s asking me pack of 2 pair but I only received one pair so he didn’t accept my return parcel I have litreally contact 10 executives regarding my problem but everyone suggesting me to cancel request and re request for return but i am not able to cancel its not getting cancle I don’t know what glitch is happening its soo disgusting after 2-3 complaints of pickup today he came so late to pick up my order but didn’t accept just bcoz its mention pack of 2 its a glitch by the product detail section but how can i m responsible for this glitch very bad experience meesho
