Description
Being a Meeting Secretary is not an easy job, you have to jot down notes during meetings and concurrently arrange with presenters to show up at your meeting room in a timely manner.
This simple App helps you to liaise with presenters during meetings and keep all presenters informed of the progress.
Simply create your meeting outline and presenters' contacts prior to the meeting commencement. Invoke the SMS notification at the appropriate time to inform your presenters for their turn.
