Worst app ever
Worst app ever , i made a deposit at feb 5 at 6:29 pm , then the guy that that I transferred the money to , contacted me privately , told me that i have transferred the money to them and they will credit my money right away, then they messaged me on whatsapp, told me that they credited my money and they didnt and when i said the funds are not credited , they kept asked me to wait , and then they said that they are facing w glitch and cannot credit my money which is totally scammer , i have contacted support , provided all proofs with my transaction, i have sent them everything i even sent them a video while im calling my bank to confrim my transaction and still no help , worst app and worst customer service and you guys allowing scammers to work with you 0/5 is too much for you , you should not be in the app store

Worst app ever ( scam app )
Probably the worst copy of 1x bet, I mean these people give you option to deposit money and then you put the reference the Qp ID, and then you get some problems, and when you try to contact the CUSTOMER CARE, are the worst people ever that I have talked to this idiots. Doesn’t even know what they’re dealing with. When I asked them that my money is not been deposited. This people are telling me to email and when I told them that the starting of the conversation that I have already sent mail screenshots, everything attached to the email and they cut the call, they don’t answer your questions properly. This app is a scam app guys. Please don’t download this app and don’t put your money in this app.

Worst customer service
Very worst customer service I was deposit 60k the money was not created to my account no proper response from customer service after frequent mgs and main . Finally they say will refund the money after given all details more then a month already still the money not refunded
One more 20k was deposited that one also not created. If I contact customer no proper response after simply say want clear screenshot. After submit all screenshot and screenshot vedio still not created to account . Very very worst customer service ever .
