I’m really disappointed with the verification process in this app. I’ve tried multiple times to receive the OTP, but it never arrives —SMS . Without OTP, I’m stuck and unable to use the app at all. I’ve checked my network and tried reinstalling, but nothing helps. Please fix this issue as soon as possible; it’s incredibly frustrating for new users.

Hi, developersI have downloaded this app and found many bugs after using it for 5 minutes only such as when trying to add the demographic details of my self or any other family members the important asterisk question are not able to update such as gender or email etc hope the changes will be made and errors will be rectified probably this app is still in the beta version and it has a-lot of potential such as there are a-lot of merchants who take advantage of their power and exploit the consumer that is ration card holder there should be an option to raise complaint discrete/anonymously so that the consumers details should bot be at risk. Thankyou.

I will put them, my Aadhaar number not match is coming. Also, I am very long time. I will try also same coming not much. I will try to contact Customer care. This only telling this app update. I don’t know how will contact for which person I will contact no giving details or nothing. Also, no maintenance why launching this app very very worst is giving Aadhaar number government. I will put the app same number is not giving number this. How will this not match? I don’t understanding how will make that this app like that. I will update the reason also, I will upgrade my Aadhaar this selling link. Also, this app only not much. I don’t know not lying also still not lying also.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Mera Ration 2.2 app. Despite being in the 21st century, this app is still plagued with technical issues. Every time I try to log in, it shows an error message saying my Aadhaar card doesn't match. This is frustrating and inefficient.As a citizen, I expect a seamless experience when using government apps, especially ones related to essential services like ration distribution. It's high time the developers fix these issues and provide a better user experience.I request that this app be removed from the Play Store until the issues are resolved. It's unacceptable to have such a poorly designed app in today's digital world.
