ALWAYS INFORMED: The Vehicle Status informs you about the mileage, range, current fuel level or data from your last journey. Use the app to conveniently check your tyre pressure, the status of the doors, windows, sliding sunroof/soft-top and boot, or the current locking status. You can also pinpoint the location of your vehicle and receive warning messages regarding, for example, unlocked doors.
CONVENIENT VEHICLE CONTROL: With the Mercedes-Benz App, you can remotely lock and unlock or open and close the doors, windows, and sliding sunroof. Start the auxiliary heating/ventilation or program it based on your departure time. In electric vehicles, you can also activate pre-entry climate control and set the desired interior temperature immediately or for a defined departure time.
CONVENIENT ROUTE PLANNING: Plan your route at your leisure and conveniently send addresses to your Mercedes via the App. This means you can get in and drive off straight away.
SAFETY IN AN EMERGENCY: The Mercedes-Benz App notifies you of attempted theft, an attempt to tow away the vehicle and parking damage. If a vehicle alarm has been tripped, you can turn it off via the app. The Geofencing service sends you a notification as soon as the vehicle enters or leaves an area defined by you.
FUEL-EFFICIENT DRIVING:The Mercedes-Benz App shows you your vehicle's individual fuel consumption. It also compares your fuel consumption with that of other drivers of the same vehicle model. The ECO display informs you about the sustainability of your driving style.
BOOKING MORE EASILY THAN EVER: The Mercedes-Benz App reminds you of your next workshop appointment in good time. If you want to book a service at your authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer, the app does this in just a few steps.

It’s a fantastic app. Many a times helpful in tracking and locking. Once in a while I forgot switching off my car. I realised when I reached the car one hour later. There should be a remote access to stop and start the car to keep the cooler or heater on before the owner enters. Actually it’s available in cars with one third of the price.

We do have what is called Remote Start in the app, however this is a country specific feature and relies on the countries laws whether this is allowed or not. It also is dependent on the cars hard/software configuration and options chosen when the car was built. We also have what is called Pre Entry climate control that is only available on some vehicles. Got a new car this week, have been trying to connect the app for the last 7 days! The showroom seems to be clueless as to how to help. Surprising that a company like Mercedes would launch a. Product that has a such a low success rate!

Worst Car App
Worst Car App
This the worst car application i have ever used. Honda and Hyundai are doing much better in terms of car applications. This app doesn’t refresh gps data for days. It will show your car location from weeks back. It doesn’t show day trips log. Can’t review my trip data on map. Overall very bad experience. Mercedes being a luxury car maker is lacking behind in lots of areas one being technology. Car operating apps are now standard with most car makers. I think mercedes should learn and see how other car makers apps work and remake their app.
